Affiliate Progress Report – 30th Oct 09

Clock_169Well it’s that time of the week again! So what have I achieved over the last seven days? Well this week I’m actually quite happy with what I’ve got covered. I’ve spent some money and not actually made a brass bean, but aside from that I reckon I’m moving in the right direction!

Achieved

  • Extra content for my current main website project
  • Privacy policy for main website
  • Got WordPress up and running
  • Started this blog!
  • Six posts on this blog, two on another blog
  • First comment on this blog (cheers Ruth!)
  • Learned link hiding technique
  • Bought and started using some great tutorials by Chris Rempel

Not Achieved

  • Not done much if any promotion bar a couple of blog replies
  • Not completed research and final articles for my main site project
  • Not earned anything!

So again, not too bad a week. The earnings side is only to be expected at this early stage, particularly as I’m only devoting time to passive earnings anyway.

Hope you had a fine and prosperous week!

All the best,

Des.

  1. Yay I am glad I was the first commenter! Lol actually I think I should add you to my blogroll. It’s on my to-do list to update it soon. Otehr than that you do seem to be doing well with your progress, starting this blog will be a great way of staying on track. Earnings do take a while to kick in usually unfortunately!

      Hi Ruth,
thanks again. The current lack of earnings is just as I expect, but since this blog is aimed at tracking my own progress and also helping other new starters, I think it’s good to be out in the open about it.

It certainly makes a change from “earn a six figure income overnight”!!

(just added a blogroll to my own to do list)

      All the best,
      Des.

  2. Hi there,
Interesting, I`ll quote it on my site later.
